SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: trying to load DBD but i keep getting initialization error on BOTH my PS4 disc version and PS5 digital.

PLATFORM:PS4 disc, PS5 digital

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: i try to load but keeps kicking into initialization error. Its been 10 days now!
