SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Some examples include: a drone spawning in with either no scan line or a very tiny scan line, also sometimes a drone's scan line won't spin at all, and you have to walk near them, so they go up to make it start turning and scanning.
PLATFORM: PC Epic games
