Black screen upon start up

So I go to play dbd, the first screen which says its initializing dbd works fine then when it progresses to the next screen aka it goes full screen i get a black screen which disables my entire pc. I cant alt F4 or use task manager as it completely disables everything till i power off. Have tried verifying files, unistalled/reinstalled dbd and then wiped my ssd and reinstalled windows and still have the same issue am lost for what to do next.

Am unable to get any logs as i loose control of my pc when this happens have also looked on reddit in which people said it was like discord or xbox game overlays causing it which i turned off and also checked my firewall wasnt blocking it

Appreciate any help
