Hook bubble sometimes does not block auras as intended

As far as I am aware hook bubble is supposed to block auras whether we like it or not and it was changed a while back. And in todays patch 8.4.0 I witnessed in a game that after someone got hooked their aura was visible through the hook bubble and I was kinda happy thinking it was reverted back but turns out it was just a bug.

sucks that this is just a bug because that black bubble blocking auras makes zero sense.

Literally no one wanted this thing to stay yet they still decide to keep it that way like its the end of the world if they revert it back...
