Bad ping and stuttering after today's update.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Once again I have +25 - 30 ping from my usual ( went from 90 - 100 back to normal a few days ago to 65 - 75 and now again 90 - 100) with my internet connection on speedtest and other games performing the same. No issues on my end.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Played the game throughout last week with my usual "good" ping and today it's back to 100.
