Houndmaster lobby animation sometimes bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Houndmaster's lobby animation where she sends out the dog, then the dog returns with a severed hand, is sometimes bugged. I only saw this once while leveling her but in the bug, the dog didn't leave and the severed hand floated back over.
