GAME/SERVER CRASHING BUG ON FATHER CAMPBELL'S CHAPEL WITH HOUND MASTER

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
'reverse vaulting' a specific vault on father campbell's chapel will result in Snug disappearing and falling through the map, leading to the server crashing 20 seconds later.
PLATFORM: PC/Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Load into Father Campbell's Chapel with specific mid height vault spawning on stairs in main
Send Snug to Vault over it from below the vault
Snug falls through floor
Game server crashes
