Invocations immediately lose all progress upon being cancelled

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Both invocations perks lose all progress upon being cancelled. Invocation progress is supposed to regress upon cancelled however since this patch they immediately lose all progress

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. Use an Invocation perk
2. Start an invocation and perform the interaction for 30 seconds or so
3. Let go
4. Immediately start again
5. Notice you have lost all progress

    Her'es a video of it. I was testing with a friend because a doctor shocked me off of it earlier and it reset so I thought that it was whenever you're interrupted, then I found that it's even if you just stop the invocation.
