SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
PLATFORM: Switch but have seen it happen to Paulie Esther on Steam.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Just playing the game I use the visual heart and while I have the heart beating not the lullaby I don't hear the terror radius and now they are using Monitor to exploit it further. Fog Whisperer Paulie Esther had this happen and has reported it also if I'm not mistaken via another platform not the forums. Map doesn't matter and it seems like perks don't matter either and she isn't using the add on that causes her terror radius to change depending if Snug is near her or not.
