Skill Check at the same time as an Anti-Camp unhook, cancels the unhook

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: If a Skill check of Stage 2 of being hooked appears at the same time of the antihook full bar, the game applies that you unhooked yourself but doesnt unhooks you, still doing the post-hook effects of perks (Like endurance/speed/bloodrush)
