Locker Bug - Killer Could Not Remove Survivor From Locker

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The killer tried to tunnel me off of the hook and I had Decisive Strike. I went into a locker with DS active and the killer opened the locker but did not pull me out of it.

PLATFORM: PC - Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Killer was the Huntress (Were Elk). Map was Wreckers' Yard. I was hooked once and the killer tried to tunnel me. I had decisive strike and went into a locker to force DS on them. The huntress opened the locker but did not remove me from it. Instead they just reloaded hatchets.
