Houndmaster lag and extra range?

I don't know if its just me but half the time I face a houndmaster chases are full of lag, when I'm not in there terror radius its fine, but as soon as I'm around them it gets really laggy to the point where I'm teleporting back every once in a while. As for the extra range, it feels purely on my experience that she can hit through windows and over pallets way farther, I've had times where I've completely vaulted and been a step away from the pallet and still got hit, and same for the windows.
