SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Teleporting to your Remnant or a Locker just as you drop off a ledge will activate All Shaking Thunder without completing the full drop.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED: Set Remnant, go to a ledge, drop down from ledge, teleport to locker or back to your Remnant as the fall begins.
