Is clean break affected by Vigil?

Basically, what I'm asking is, If I put on Clean Break and Vigil, Does Vigil reduce the amount of time before I am healed to full health? I'm trying to find uses for Taurie's perks, and Clean Break is the only one I can't really see being all that useful.

    Interesting question and I just tested it cuz it sounded like a cool idea. While Vigil does make you recover from Broken faster, the Broken that is attached to this perk is not on an actual timer. Its permanent until this perk 60 second heal timer is up. So no Vigil does not make this perk heal faster.
