What's going on with matchmaking lately?

Since the events ended matchmaking has been so off. Not only are the lobby times way longer than before, as survivor I get matched with teammates with 50 to 100 hours. Yet as killer I verse people with, 4k, 8k and 11k hours???
ELEVEN THOUSAND HOURS?! How is that fair? Seriously what is going on?

I don't know about the wait time, but matchmaking has been like this. Complete mismatches. And it's remained that way for so long, it's almost as if by design.

It’s very strange for me as well. I’ve gone against several really big name streamers and survivors with thousands of of hours more than me.
Keep in mind none of this while I’m playing Huntress who is my highest MMR killer. I’m getting these survivors while playing killers I almost never play.
