Houndmaster - Spiked Collar addon has the wrong duration

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Spiked Collar addon for Houndmaster says it applies Mangled and Hemorrhage for 60 seconds, but the effect actually only lasts for 45 seconds.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Play survivor, have the killer equip Spiked Collar
- Get grabbed by the dog and get hit by the killer
- Time the status effects and notice that it only lasts 45 seconds and not 60 seconds
VIDEO:
The effect is applied at 0:05, and ends at 0:50, which is 45 seconds.
PLAYER LOGS:
(Side note: 45 seconds was the intended duration on the PTB, so it seems that it was meant to be adjusted to 60 given the description update but then the number didn't actually get changed)

I'd actually like to see this changed to 60 seconds.
45 is too little.

I think it's supposed to be 60 since the addon description was changed from PTB (it originally said 45) and it just didn't get changed in the actual code for the addon
