SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Unable to use Xenomorph's power, and the loud fully charged sound que plays constantly
PLATFORM: PC (Steam)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I loaded into a match and immediately went into a tunnel. See attached video to check the map, addons, and anything else I did that could have triggered this. I was unable to replicate this bug in my next match on a different map.
