Hardened not activating aura on scream prevention

Perk says:
This perk activates after you complete all the following:
-unlock a chest:
-Cleanse or bless a totem.
For the rest of the trial, anytime you would scream, reveal the killer's aura for 5 seconds insted.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The screams generated from Pain resonance, Eruption, Hex face in the darkness, infectious fright and hooking have only been suppressed and no aura triggered. Those are the only ones I've had so far for forced screams running it.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Opened chest, cleaned totem to activate and no aura from any suppressed scream.

    Are you sure you aren't seeing auras because it's a stealth killer? I've been running Hardened, Inner Strength, Shoulder the Burden and Eyes of Belmont which has been working fine for me expect against killers like Ghostface or scratched mirror Myers

    Unless hound master and doctor became stealth killers in the update then I'm sure.

    Over yesterday while running Hardened, eyes of Belmont, OTR, and Overzealous. I had 6 hound masters and 2 doctors that had scream in their builds. Only getting aura of gen completion.

    I see, just thought I'd ask because sometimes people don't realise you cannot see the killers auras when they are undetectable.

    Definitely sounds like an issue and a pretty bug one since it defeats the whole point in a perk that requires investment to become active
