Survivor Tutorial Vault Bug

I just bought this game. I can’t do anything until I finish the tutorial which is crazy. I try to do tutorial but can’t get pass VAULT. Character just glitches and stands there. I’ve tried everything. I uninstalled and redownloaded. I tried a different version and still nothing. Game is basically useless..and after I spent money on DLC’s. Please someone tell me if this gets fixed ??
