Survivor speed, MMR.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Movement speed being affected negatively, MMR being worse.
PLATFORM: PC
I’ve noticed after the update for the Houndmaster, all survivor characters feel unusually very heavy & slower than usual, characters take half a second to actually accelerate in speed as if they have ice on their feet. MMR is also extremely off, getting pro killers, and beginner teammates. Out of 20-25 matches, i had only barely won 2, before the update i’d get about 10 escapes anyhow.
