SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Spot where the Nurse isn't supposed to blink on Father Campbell's, in the main building, supposedly at the spawn spot of the basement.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Blinked through the wall in the main building of Father Campbell's and got stuck here, behind the rubble.
