PLAGUE BUG: Head-On Removes Corrupt Purge

Head-On stuns are still capable of removing Corrupt Purge since the fix to other sources of stuns also removing Corrupt Purge.
PLATFORM: STEAM
- Have Corrupt Purge Active
- Get stunned by a Survivor with Head-On
- You lose Corrupt Purge.
