SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I read in the News a message that tells, buying any Auric cell pack will grant the Felix’s Festive Antlers. I go ahead and buy the least amount pack. But no antler is granted
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- go to News
- read about the festive antlers
- click the “+” besides the auric cell resource to enter the auric cell shop
- purchase the first pack
- the purchase process is successful, auric cells are granted, but no antlers is granted
