Survivor activity hud bugged when continuing to heal a survivor after dying state

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: on the survivor hud, if a survivor heals a survivor from the dying state to injured and continues the heal them without letting go, the heal bar is frozen at 0 and doesn’t show the progress of the heal.
PLATFORM: Xbox series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was watching the survivor hud while doing a gen and seen my teammate healed a survivor from the dying state and continued to heal them to healthy but the progress bar while they were healing was stuck at 0 and looked like the old hud.
