SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
You can get stuck inside pallets when vaulting over them towards an activated Phantasm Trap that was placed in front of it.
PLATFORM: Xbox series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
As Hag, place a Phantasm Trap in front of a Pallet.
As survivor, activite Phantasm Trap, knock the Pallet over, perform running vault across Pallet towards the activated Phantasm Trap.
Get stuck.
