nemesis survivor kinda softlock bug

basically if you spam tap syringe near an infected survivor you can softlock them and if killer happens to down them they cannot be picked up or healed by other they do bleed out but cant do much if you have 2 survivors stuck in that position and can prevent others from playing at all and could easily be targeted on streamers
