Quality of Life change for Solidarity
Instead of fighting over who should heal who first, here's an idea that would make the perk easier to use:
Whenever you heal a survivor, or a survivor heals you, this perk activates.
For the next 30 sec, 50% of healing dealt or received is granted to the dealer.
This perk deactivates and goes on cooldown for 30 sec. when 50% worth of healing progress is granted to any survivor through this perk.

It just needs to pop up the same way We'll make it does.
No reason for it not to.

A pop-up would be nice yes, but the whole point of Solidarity is to make healing more efficient.
Healing isn't efficient when you have to try and convince your ally to let you heal them first.
Just have the perk grant progress to whoever the healer is, and cap the amount that can be granted. It's simpler that way.

I don't think you will have to convince anyone if they just knew you had the perk. If a pop is there, problem solved.

It's not simpler that way
Nerfing the amount of healing from 70% to 50% and then reworking the perk's effect would require more time & resources than making the pop up.
Also, in-game, bad players are always going to be inefficient. It doesn't matter if there's a pop up or if they get the 50% healing instead of you.
Nerfing Solidarity because stubborn people exist is a bad idea.
