is doxing bannable

I was playing killer last night and first killer match get a 4k and get doxxed in the endgame chat i reported them but heard nothing back is bhvr going to do anything or are people allowed to just run around doxing people when they get mad at a video game

    Yeah that's bannable.

    Definitely include your BHVR Player ID that you can find in the DBD settings, so they can look through your account, though I've not done it before so I don't know how exactly what info they need.

    If you want to avoid this in the future, try to remove any connection to your real life identity from your Steam page, or make your profile private or something. It's a good idea to search up your Steam page in a web browser or someplace you aren't logged into your Steam account to take a look at what people can see about you on it, then tweak your Steam profile settings to remove personal info.

    They may also have searched up your username and found it on some other site which gave them your dox.

    Or you could just use anon mode.
