Hatch Rework

I think the Hatch should spawn closed when the Exit Gates are powered and can be opened like an Exit Gate. Unsure on how long it should take though. Maybe 30 seconds. It will still behave the way it does when one survivor is left. And it would have to have some kind of indicator on it that shows it is being open like the Exit Gate lights. Keys could kind of be rework to act like medkits and toolboxes and speed up the opening times of Exit Gates and Hatch. Left behind could act like the Wake Up perk.
Hatch as potential other than being a ill hide and wait for my teammates to die to get hatch.
