Sable's "whimsical weather" dress is bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The dress that belongs to the "whimsical weather" cosmetic for Sable is bugged. It can randomly bug out while loading into a trial, resulting in Sable wearing no dress at all.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: equip the cosmetic piece (doesn't need to be the entire set) and load into a trial. It doesn't happen every time and seems to be random.
