SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Dance with me goes on cooldown when other survivors perform a rushed action.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Equipped Dance with me, teammates fast vault window, perk goes on 20 second cooldown.
