The screen resolution setting does not persist when changing graphics settings

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When changing graphics setting to low/medium, the screen resolution is set to 65/80%, even if previously it was at different value.
PLATFORM: all
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Set screen resolution to 100%.
- Change the graphics settings to low or medium.
- The screen resolution will automatically be set to 65% or 80%, even though it was previously 100%.
