Getting matchmaking ban because of hackers

I've encountered the same hacker 3 times today, each time resulting in me getting a matchmaking ban. I'm now locked for 15 minutes. I don't think it's fair. Could you maybe do something about players not getting penalties in such cases? I'm not even disconnecting, I just die on hook in the first couple of seconds, it's not something I can control.
