My killers and Survivors are gone

I redownload the game to play with some friends. I started the game and all most killers I had purchased in dlc packs were gone. I don't know if it's because of the fact that I originally played it on the PlayStation 4 and switched to PlayStation 5 but I don't think that would be the case.
