Clarification needed on the patch notes

Hi,
so on the patch notes it says
Increased Window and Pallet vault time of Dog while performing Chase Command to 0.45 seconds (was 0.9 seconds)
Am I correct that this now means the dog will now vault in half the time a window or pallet than it did before? Or are those numbers swapped or the wording just weird?

Ahh, great catch on the wording! You're correct in your understanding that this change makes The Houndmaster's Dog vault quicker while using the Chase command.
