Soo… How do I get the "Unwanted Guest"? I've been throwing snowbal— I mean SNOWSKULLS to snowmen, but the challenge won't trigger. What gives?

It has to be one of the ones that explodes and jump scares you when you get near it. I don't think those ones ever move around, so hitting the ones that are just standing there is a better way of doing it.
