P100/lvl 50 bloodweb bugged AGAIN for another event

during the Halloween event, p100 survivor/lvl 50 bloodwebs were bugged to barely give event items and instead gave a ton of event offerings and addons. It seems the same is done for this bone chill event. I spent half a million on my p100 nea already and I only have 6 winter party starters and 30 of the new offerings. I wouldn’t have that big of an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that the offering is personal AND event exclusive. Also I’ve seen that I most of the time get 1-2 event nodes in my bloodweb where in the past it’s guaranteed 3 or more event nodes. I’m hoping this is all a bug and can get fixed but judging by the fact the 2nd hotfix when out today I doubt we will get any changes towards this event
