Dire Crow Swarm Caught on Environment

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When playing as The Artist in Garden of Joy, launching a Dire Crow at the Train tile from the side opposite of the Killer shack, the swarm of crows was stuck in the train and stopped moving.
PLATFORM:
Steam, PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
(Could not get the error to repeat)
1. Enter chase with survivor
2. Face killer towards killer shack. The vault is on the right side of the screen, perpindicular to the direction of the killer.
3. Place Dire Crow
4. Launch Dire Crow
5. Crow swarm becomes stuck in Train
