PLATFORM:
Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Pick up a snowball.
Command the hound to search for a generator.
At the moment you gain the haste effect, transform into a snowman.
Exit the snowman transformation.
Congratulations! You now have permanent haste.
As long as you don’t command the hound again, enjoy your boosted speed!
