Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass no longer activates Scourge Hooks that activate upon unhook.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: During the PTR and on release, Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass would change the hook to a Scourge Hook as soon as the Unhook progress bar was completed by survivors, then the other Scourge Hook perks would activate when the survivor's feet touched the ground, causing Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass to allow Scourge Hooks: Gift of Pain and Floods of Rage to activate every time on any hook. When this was reported as a bug during the PTR, they were closed as "Working as Intended". Now, after Hotfix 2 (8.4.2), Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass is no longer giving this interaction. This change was not listed in any patchnotes. Either it was bugged in the PTR and incorrectly closed, or it is bugged now.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: #1 - Equip Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass and Scourge Hook: Floods of Rage at the same time. Hook a survivor on a non-Scourge Hook. When the survivor is unhooked, Scourge Hook: Floods of Rage will not activate.

    I've literally just played a game with Jagged Compass and Floods of Rage and I've gotten the effects of Floods of Rage on every single unhook. Maybe the order of equipping perks matters?

    Here is a picture of what I played. What I'm saying is that maybe it's important to equip Jagged Compass first and then the other Scourge Hook perk, like here?

    The order shouldn't matter, but it also works just fine for me too. I haven't had a single problem with floods of rage activating on any hook.

    Maybe it's actually an issue with gift of pain specifically? Or with both floods and gift? I'll try it later...
