SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When you hold a special item, you are unable to use the snowskulls or instant snowmen

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Get a special item, such as a flashbang, and then try to use snowskulls
