Houndmaster cannot use power after vault

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After vaulting, houndmaster does a little hop and cant use her power for a second. Additionally, if she doesn't go far enough from the vault, Snug never vaults over, and her power is unusable until he vaults.
