Two of The Lich's abilities being rendered useless by unintended interactions
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Survivors are able to drop back down a pallet immediately after The Lich uses Mage Hand on it and before he can perform a basic attack which isn't intended whatsoever. Additionally, survivors can phase through The Lich and vault through a vault location right behind him during his Fly fatigue cooldown leading to reoccurring frustrating scenarios in which the Killer cannot do anything about. Noting that the bug in question is still prominent even with the use of the Vile Book of Darkness Add-On which grants The Lich the ability to block windows for 45 seconds by using Fly.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Mage Hand:
This bug's consistency depends on a variety of factors. Nevertheless, if a survivor is playing on very low latency they will be able to drop it again no matter what without the tiniest risk of getting hit.
This issue is 100% consistent if:
- The survivor is vaulting the pallet while The Lich uses Mage Hand on it.
- The survivor is dropping the pallet while The Lich uses Mage Hand on it.
- If Mage Hand is being used for the first time in a match.
Fly:
If the survivor player was hypothetically living on Mars then there would be probably a good opportunity for The Lich to get a hit if the survivor tries to vault through him after entering Fly fatigue, but sadly it most likely will never be the case.

I fully agree with this post, Vecna right now is unfortunately very frustrating to play because he is more so exposed by his own spells and kit than anything else. The Lich is one of the most powerful characters in the lore of DBD and the gameplay doesn't seem to merit this fact, I do hope behaviour could look back into this with a buff because I am currently on my P100 grind with him and I am already starting to have less fun simply because whenever I try to play a mind game with his powers, they just get thrown straight back into my face and it just feels more clunky than anything.
I would love the flight of the damned and mage hand to be buffed to a 30 second cool down, simply because this would be a lot better at stopping Vecna from becoming a literal M1 killer as soon as his spells are used, not something a "god" should have so many frustrations with. The ability to continually fly over vaults would be nice, I touched on this before and I came to the conclusion that if you just fly straight through a vault and the survivor doesn't w key and instead sticks to the tiles then you will have that mistake yourself because you just flew as fast as you could away, its nice to learn when to stop flying rather than having some entity rival god be snapped in half because he flew over an obstacle. I believe it would be better to give that control to the player. Also yes, it is ridiculous when you fly over a pallet (even whilst using potion of speed) and still just have the survivor double back over the pallet leaving you looking less like a god and more like some dressed up drunken person.
The only other thing I would like to point out would be the need to reduce his skeletons and his mage hand to 30 seconds (from 35 currently) I know I already said this but the spell rotations aren't fun when you are always in a perfect situation to use said magic and yet you're still waiting on the cooldowns, creating more frustration rather than opportunity. If the base cooldowns wont be buffed to bring them more in line with his pacing, then I believe the cooldown addons should go back to the way they used to be whilst keeping the current cooldowns of the base kit. Even if I bring both rings to reduce cooldown, together they only bring the cooldowns by 5 seconds, and one of those depends on a hit. This then means if you want that cooldown you have to use both your addon slots which means you cant use something else.
I really like Vecna, I think he's an awesome character and definitely suits the world of DBD however, I can't help feeling like he is just a little weak. It wouldn't take much to put him into a good place, I hope you can address this.0 -
I dont think this is a bug. You are just lifting the pallet up and the survivor is simply just throwing it back down.
