Does "Fire up" affect Wesker when he picks up a survivor with his power?

To clarify I mean using his dash on an already injured(or infected) survivor and picking them up, is the pickup speed increased? I don't have a way to test it myself nor can find any information online.

    Whycan't you test it yourself? Go in to a custom with bots with genrush builds
