Blight still freezes my game

Whenever playing as or with (2v8) The Blight (sometimes even against) my game will just freeze at some point. It has been about half a year or something, reinstalling, verifying game files integrity, changing the location of the files, nothing works and it makes zero sense. This also happened with Stranger Eddie on 2v8. Imagine if I was the one who bought the skin and couldn't play it because my game froze mid match. And it's not a crash either, just a straight up freeze, the audio still works. This bug has been around for as long as Blight is in the game, if I'm not mistaken, and I have seen reports about it so I know I'm not the only one
