Zarina's "Over-the-knee tights" cosmetic piece is broken

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: That piece of cosmetic from her "Modern extravagance" outfit has been broken for months now for me. There is weird flat shading on her legs. I've added screenshot and made it brighter so it's more visible. I play on Steam, no idea if it's bugged on other platforms.
