Bloodweb bug on one character only

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Was playing as normal, leveling up Taurie. Suddenly I couldn't pick the last item from the bloodweb, clicking it didn't do anything. But after trying to click it, it didn't let me open survivor selection nor loadout nor go back to menu. I could only click "select challenge" which would allow me to go back and do anything as long as I didn't touch Taurie's bloodweb.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Match ended, went to level up my survivor as normal but then the bloodweb bugged.

Yeah :( and now on other characters I have the same bug other people had, I don't get the items I picked from my bloodweb
