Is this hacking or bad luck with servers

I probably just played a 3 or 4 man SWF and moried one of them after the gates were open. After the animation, the survivor was still shown as downed even though he was already dead and the game continued briefly. Suddenly the match crashed and all 4 supposedly escaped while I got a disconnect message. Was this a hack or pure coincidence that this happened exactly during or shortly after the Mori animation?

    Probably a crash/server disconnect. There's been some server issues recently, particularly in the Bone Chill event.
