SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Wesker's virulent bound automatically cancels when trying to charge it as soon as you get a token
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED: I was holding M2 with no charges of virulent bound in an attempt to use my power as soon as it came back. When I got a token of virulent bound, the power began charging and instantly cancelled which put me on a cooldown animation
