Dark Lord ( Dracula ) not getting blinded while carrying Survivors

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Playing Specific Killer ( Dark Lord )
While carrying Survivor get blinded by flash light, the killer does not drop survivor or get stunned, ( only losses vision)
Note, you also do not get the flash light evasion BP notification in the upper right either.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Killer Dark Lord, default skin.
Add Ons: moonstone necklace and winged boots
Perks: Dead lock, lethal pursuer, human greed, and sloppy butcher.
Knock the survivor down, pick them up, get flash lighted while carrying survivor. proceed to hook.
